Talib Kweli on Impact Theory

Ever since my early teens I’ve been a fan of conscious hip hop. Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Mosdef, Common, Boogie Down Productions and of course Talib Kweli. This isn’t the first time I posted about Tom Bilyeu and impact theory and something tells me it won’t be the last. His guests are nothing short of amazing. If you’re not subscribing yet then I highly suggest you do. It’s great.

2 Quotes/parts I loved from Talib’s Interview:

“The game is to be sold, not to be told. And there’s money to be made from keeping information away from people”

“Who ever has the most toys wins, whoever is the most poppin’ wins, whoever has the most likes wins, I think we have to change our definition of success. For me, success is doing what you love for a living. It doesn’t mean your rich, it doesn’t mean your famous, it doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle again. It just means doing what you love for a living, And if that’s the metric, then that’s how you get successful.”

If you’re a fan of musical artists that are smart and bring your thinking to the next level then you best check out Talib Kweli.

Enjoy this interview because I sure did.
