He Was Shocked

3 Easy Tips

That he is me, and this shock is starting to sink in.  Actually, it has been for the past few years.

For basically my entire life I've been taught to believe that diet is the most important thing when it comes to living a healthy life. After 40 years of believing that one thing, my way of thinking has started to shift. This happened when I started listening to the Model Health Show weekly. This podcast is a wealth of knowledge. I dove face first into that rabbit hole of educating myself by listening to outside the box thinkers on my commute. Instead of Netlfix or YouTube, I made the conscious decision to one up my health. Or atleast try my darndest to do so.  Shawn Stevenson wrote an entire book on the importance of sleep and now Rangan Chatterjee is completely backing him up with his own take on things. According their teachings, it's not just the length of sleep but quality if that sleep. You could sleep 6 hours straight through and it's much better than 9 tossing and turning or getting woken up periodically throughout the night. The saying "sleep is for the weak" will undoubtedly put you down the wrong path.  If you don't believe me, then listen to what Health Theory with Tom Bilyeu has to say.

You don't have to massively change anything in your life except the following: take it from me it's helped a ton especially when it comes to my mood.
