10 Pushup Tips
In my early 20’s I was kind of huge. I really worked hard at it and got serious gains. I think it was about 15 pounds of muscle that I put on that later turn to fat. Typical maybe, but I sure don’t like it. That was then and this is now, solid pushups like in this video are the new life goal.
At one time reps of 30 were quite easy but now I can barely do 10. I stumbled upon this video and thought it was a good one to share with other men/women in their 40s who feel a sense of lost hope in their athletic ability. As promised on danpape.org, anything to help others better their lives. And anything random. This video is a good start.
